Inside the numbers:
President Obama continues to lead Gingrich among women 50% to 36%. Among men, Obama has a five point advantage.
Among voters not affiliated with either major political party, Obama holds a 49% to 33% advantage over the former House speaker.
Obama draws his strongest support from voters under the age of 40, while those over 50 support Gingrich.
Gingrich leads Obama among Evangelical Christians, Protestants and Catholics. Among voters of all other religions, Obama holds a commanding 71% to 19% advantage.
